Clinical Director

Nikki Webster

I'm Nikki Webster, I have a wealth of experience as a fully registered mental health nurse, ACT therapist, and practitioner trained in Behavioural Family Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My journey includes significant time within secondary mental health services, working closely with both young people and adults facing significant mental health challenges. Throughout my (over 16 years!) in the field, I've often encountered individuals who expressed a shared sentiment: "If I had known this sooner, I might not be in this difficult place now." This powerful realisation has underscored the crucial need for proactive and early intervention work. It's this understanding that has fuelled my passion for delivering evidence-based emotional literacy and mental health awareness to children. Emotional Literacy, aligned seamlessly with my experience, and it takes on a central role in our online learning approach. By integrating all these aspects, we've crafted online learning that genuinely makes a difference in the lives of parents, professionals, and, most importantly, children. Join us on this transformative journey, where knowledge and proactive intervention empower individuals to navigate life's challenges with resilience and well-being.
